Surf School Refund Policy

Please Read Carefully!

HUNTER SURF SCHOOL require 100% of the course cost when booking.

HUNTER SURF SCHOOL. Have the right to cancel a persons place on the course if full payment is not received. Course reminders will not be sent.

Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made in writing by post or by e-mail and will only be accepted from the date they are received by HUNTER SURF SCHOOL.

Refunds for cancellations will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. No refunds will be issued unless on compassionate grounds.

If a change of booking is required more than 21 days prior to the course, HUNTER SURF SCHOOL. will make every effort to change the booking. Less than 21 days to the start, every effort will be made but we cannot guarantee spaces if they are not available.

In the case of sea-related conditions beyond HUNTER SURF SCHOOLS. control resulting in a course/lesson being cancelled, (Flat days, Fog, Dangerous sea conditions, Red Flag conditions). A session voucher/credit note will be issued which is valid for one year from the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued.

The surf lesson voucher issued for a cancellation is valid for one year from the date of issue, and only applies to a surf session. It may not be exchanged or used to purchase items in the shop.

For all shop sales HUNTER SURF SCHOOL. will offer a refund only if the purchased item is faulty, in all other cases an exchange will be offered or a credit note will be issued. In both cases a proof of purchase must be shown within 28 days from original purchase.

There will be no refund or partial refund issued for any hire that is returned before the specified return time.
